I built a sales system that runs my entire pipeline from cold outreach to invoicing clients and checking in with them every quarter. Most of it runs on its own.
Here's how it works
Every morning, an AI agent scans a prospect list, researches each person, scores them, and drafts personalised cold emails. I review the drafts, hit approve, done. 90 emails a day across three different inboxes without writing a single one.

When someone replies and books a call, I run /prep and get a full brief on them. Company background, likely pain points, talking points, all pulled from their website and LinkedIn. Takes about 30 seconds.
After the call, I paste the Granola transcript and run /proposal. It generates an easy to read proposal based on what we actually discussed. The AI listened to the conversation and priced it accordingly.

If they say yes, /invoice creates and sends a Stripe invoice and automatically splits into two: 50% deposit now, 50% on completion saved as a draft for later. The CRM updates itself at every stage.
Then the follow-up runs itself. /nurture finds anyone I haven't spoken to in 90 days and drafts a check-in:
Hi Marcus,
Been a while since we last spoke. Hope FoundersHQ is going well, especially with the new cohort kicking off.
If the automation stuff is still on your radar at some point, happy to pick up where we left off. No rush at all.

/testimonial drafts a request when a project wraps:
Hi Priya,
Quick one. I'm putting together a few words from people I've worked with to share on the website. Nothing formal, just a sentence or two on what it's been like working together.
If you're happy to, something like what the experience was like or what's changed since we set up the CRM would be great. Totally fine to keep it short.
No pressure either way.

/referral shares our 15% referral offer with past clients:
Hi Daniel,
Wanted to mention something I've started doing. If you know anyone who could use the kind of thing we built for you and they end up becoming a client, I'll send you 15% of the deal value as a thank you.
No formal process. If someone comes to mind, just send them my way or drop me their name and I'll reach out.
Either way, hope the ops system is running smoothly.

/finance gives me revenue vs target any time I want it.

The tools
Claude Code for orchestration. Stripe for invoicing. Notion as the CRM. Gmail API for email. Google Calendar API for scheduling. Apollo for prospect data.
None of the individual pieces are complicated. The leverage comes from wiring them together so one command triggers the right action at the right time.
