Kaeelo's customers asked questions by email, in the app and on Slack. We built an automated inbox where an agent gathers them all and drafts each reply from Kaeelo's help guides, past conversations and brand voice. A person reviews, edits, then sends or dismisses.

No. Nobody sees anyone else's check-ins. Your manager only sees patterns for the team, never names.

Messages from email, the Kaeelo app and Slack flow into one inbox board: a table of who sent each one, a summary, the reply the agent drafted, and Skip and Send.
Kaeelo helps organisations spot burnout early. Questions came in from three places: HR leads emailed about setup and teams, people asked in the app who could see their check-ins, and customers asked in Slack about calendars. Each needed the right answer, in Kaeelo's voice, on the channel it came from. We built one inbox that gathers every question and drafts each reply, so the team only has to review and send.
How it works
Four steps. The agent collects and drafts. A person reviews and sends.
Step 1
Agent
Every channel, checked four times a day
At 07:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00 the agent reads every channel Kaeelo's customers use and collects anything new.

Four checks a day, at 07:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00, each across email, the app and Slack.
Step 2
Agent
Each reply drafted from what Kaeelo knows
For every question, the agent draws on Kaeelo's help guides, past support conversations and brand voice, and writes the reply the way Kaeelo would. The draft goes straight onto the board, ready for review.

ReCan we add our Sales team part way through the month?
Hi Priya,
Yes. Go to Settings, then Teams, add the Sales team and share your invite link with them.

Help guides, past conversations and brand voice flow into a drafted email reply, ready for review.
Step 3
Human
One board to review
Every draft lands on one board, whatever channel it came from. A person reads each one, edits it if needed, then sends or dismisses it.

Yes. Team leads see trends and themes for their own team, never anyone's individual check-ins.

One board holds every reply the agent drafted, whatever channel it came from. A person reviews each, edits it if needed, then sends or dismisses it.
Step 4
Agent
Sent where it came from
Each reply goes back on its own channel: email to email, app to app, Slack to Slack. Threads already answered elsewhere are tidied away, so nobody replies twice.
